My name is Tamsin and I have been studying Astrology for over twenty years, becoming a practising Astrologer in 2011. I am fascinated by the map of the energies of the solar system at the moment of your birth, which reveal characteristics of who you are as a person – “the real you” and what makes you tick. This planetary map is what we call the Natal Chart or Birth Chart.
People come to me to look at many life situations from career path/business development – to exploring relationship patterns – to their highest possible expression of their energies from a Spiritual view of their chart (Esoteric Astrology).
I can tailor a Reading to a specific area of your life that you want to explore, empowering you to understand yourself at a much deeper level.
Venus (Aphrodite is her Greek name) – Goddess of Love
The name Erodite emerged from my love of Greek Mythology – Aphrodite the Goddess of Love, combined with Eros, the Greek God of Love. The combination of both these signatures, representing the Masculine and Feminine within us seeking fulfilling conscious union, is something I am deeply interested in – hence the play on words to form Erodite.
Eros – Greek God of Love (Cupid is his Roman name)
A definition for Erudite is “having great knowledge or learning” and I think this is what Astrology gives us – the ability to learn and understand ourselves better.
It’s the relationship you have with yourself and the people around you that can bring the most satisfaction and joy in life.

Through learning Astrology, my love of Mythology has grown. By tracing a modern interpretation of the ancient Myths to Archetypal characteristics, you can develop a better understanding of the personal psychology in your birth chart.
Our ancestors understood the relationship between humans and the cycles of the Earth the planets and the stars in our solar system – for instance, it was essential to early man’s survival to understand the cycles of both the Sun and the Moon for planting, growing, harvesting, hunting, fishing and the changing tides – so Astrology is an ancient practice that has withstood the test of time….
The better you know the qualities and shadow sides of your personality, the more able you are to react to the demands of the times from the highest potential of your own unique energy pattern. It isn’t easy to respond to life from our most positive expression if we aren’t informed and haven’t explored what this might be!
